horrible eatiing day for me. Started out ok with my decaf protein coffees and egg and turkey bacon.  After that was potato chips and m & m's.  An apple.  Then my roll up which was good, lowcarb wrap, roast beef, spinach and a protein shake.  Oh dear, must do better tomorrow.

I think Roz has been partying too much celebrating her 3 year surgiversary and forgot her Menu and Miles LOL!
