Happy 3 year Surgiversary to me!! I wouldn't say that for my birthday or anniversary but I'm just so proud of myself for sticking to this and being successful!! I tried for over 20 years to lose weight and keep it off and yes I have a tool now but it takes self control every single day to keep me maintaining.
