Menu:
Protein:      Body Fortress Chocolate 26 grams
Breakfast:  1/4 Cup Cottage Cheese (non fat) w/peaches (100% natural juices)
Snack:       1/4 Cup Fage (non fat) Greek Yogurt w/Torani Raspberry Syrup
Protein:      Body Fortress Chocolate 26 grams
Lunch:       1/4 Cup Ricotta Cheese Bake (leftovers)
Protein:      Body Fortress Chocolate 26 grams
Dinner:      1/4 Cup Navy Bean Soup (Cambell's)
Snack:       1/4 Cup Cottage Cheese (non fat) w/peaches (100% natural juices)
Protein:      Body Fortress Chocolate 26 grams

Miles:         1 hour walk around the lakes and outside mall

Grapefruit Crystal Lite with Nectar Unflavored Protein (20)

Protein Salad (Lettuce, hard boiled egg, edamame, anchovy, tuna,, (25 g Prot)

Click Espresso drink (20g Prot)

Mexican Meatball Soup (15 g Prot)

Cantaloupe and Laughing Cow Cheese slice (2 g prot)

(I'm not perfect so I'm sure there will be more food in that list and maybe a glass of wine to boot)


Morning vits taken.
Exercised (Bowflex, walk/jog to park with dogs)

Increase water intake 
Try to work out again tonight. I've taken a three month break and need to get my arse in gear!
I also started Vivelle Dot Estrodiol patch and I think I'm getting thicker around the middle. I will have to fight this because I am miserable without the estrogen.

Hi Roz,
I can only see part of your post.  Looks like most of it got lost somewhere!!
DH and I went to his cousin's 55th birthday party today.  She lives in a group home(Downs Syndrome) and we met them at the lake and grilled hot dogs, she opened presents then we had cake.  We all had a wonderful time.  She really had a great time!!

L:  Hot Dog(minus bun), chicken strip, spoonful of macaroni Salad & Baked Beans, couple of chips
S:  Small piece of birthday cake - thought I was going to have to lay down and take a nap!

Everyone posts their menus from today along w/water and excercise. Purpose: To make themselves more accountable?
