It will work...you didn't put it on all in one day or month, and as lightweights, ours seem to go slower than someone who is super MO.

Now, I know this is a weekly weigh in thread but for your sanity, hide or get rid of the scale and just weigh once a month.

Also, did you take measurements pre-op? And at the one month mark? If not, start now and measure each month...even the slow months will have some inches lost.

In the first few weeks post op, I had to keep my stupid scale in  the trunk of my car as I was weighing in serveral times a day. THat was a huge disappointment and frustration.
I think I should take my inches. I have noticed my clothes getting looser.
