No weight loss for 2 months!!!
Hello my friends!
I am coming to you because I have not lost any weight for 2 months!!! I am taking 60 protien, and 1/2 as much water I am suppose to. I am exercising 5 days a week. I started with 215 and since August I am at 175!!! Has this happen to anybody out there? 2 month of no weight loss??? Is it possible that my body is not going to lose more weight no matter what I do?

Get your protein up to at least 100g, carbs to around 30 net grams and all your water/fluid, like at least 64+ oz.
