Hi Roz, I really have no idea what I ate today but I will try
B atkins shake
L beef from a sandwich and 2 french fries
S 2 dove chocolates (cuz with 3 I will dump!)
D steak and a few bites of a potaote
2 glasses of white zin ( oh my.....)
So Roz what ya think??? LOL
