I think your menu sounds pretty good for a newbie and I'm glad you scale moved!!!
My mistake......The other day when I told you I increase my protein for a few days and then drop down I wasn't thinking about you being a newbie and not getting in at least 100g per day. When you are further out and consistently getting in enough protein then you try that if you are in a stall.

I was off today too! I went shopping with DD and DGD#2. We had a blast and shopped until DGD#2 dropped and fell asleep!!
Here's what I have done today:
B: Protein Decaf Coffee
S: Decaf Coffee
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L: 1/2 7 pepper sirloin steak salad, 1/2 cup of french onion soup
S: Decaf Coffee
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D: Pack of cheese crackers - not a very good choice
S: ??
Vitamins: Done
Water/Fluids: 120 ozs
Miles: Walking - Shopping

That sounds like fun! My DD's just don't like to shop any more and I hate going by myself. We went for a few hours today (Friday) and I got a couple of sweaters and a few short sleeve shirts off the sale racks that I like to wear under sweaters.
My manager messed up my vacation days at work and I have 4 days that I have to use by the end of October. It would have been so nice to have known that I had those in the summer.
Cheese crackers might not be the best choice but they are definitely not the worst!
