X-post. 13% EWL lost in first month.
Total of 13 lbs. I have a hundred to lose. Kind of did it in two weeks really. First week after surgery showed a 2 lb loss. Following two weeks, things sped up a bit, then I hit that 3 week stall and nothing this last week.
Following plan though, and nurse is very happy with me. Told me to keep doing what I was doing. Things going smoothly. Although, I'd be lying if I didn't admit, I'll be happy when the 3 wk stall is over. I have a flapper costume to fit into for halloween!

I hear you about the 3 week stall. I hope I finally broke it today. The scale did not move for me for 11 days, then today 1/2 lb. loss. I tried to do a backflip put couldn't manage LOL. Some of the ladies here suggested I increase my protein and increase my 3 meals of 1/4 c portions to 5 meals at 1/4 c portions. I also increased my exercise (my idea). I'm anxious to see what tomorrow brings. But I feel your pain - those 11 days felt like a month. Hang in there - I know it's tough. I forgot to mention I omitted my oatmeal in the morning too per Gina and Roz's suggestion. Not sure what did the trick but it worked for me. Keep up the good work - that weight is going to come off!

Congrats on the 13lbs.
At some point, you will forget about trying to figure it all out and just sit back, do what you should, and enjoy losing weight, changing sizes and raking in the compliments. When I slowed down, it was alway reassuring that I was logging my intake and even if I didn't lose, I knew I would soon enough.
