Good Morning. Think I'll go to work early...
Did anybody see the article saying there was a "study" (and I use the term lightly) indicating that vitamins in older woman causes early death? LOL The FDA will use this to try to get vitamins under their control. If you have an opportunity to write to your Congressman to not support the FDA's efforts, please do it. Have a great Tuesday!

But I found it interesting that after all these years of pushing a multivitamin, they are now saying it's a problem.
But then we've gone thru this with different foods...good for you/bad for you/ back to good for you...eggs come to mind.
I wish that they would do ALL the studies before jumping out there with recommendations.

Dr's appointment for my little hernia and the lumps on my head (probably cysts) today. I wish the darn scheduler for my knee would call back. This is getting worse than WLS trying to schedule because the lady never answers her phone and never calls back. Part of the message on the phone is to not leave multiple messages. Geeze.
I ordered some new protein from GNC last night. A carmel toffee fudge and somekind of mocha. Will let you know how they are when they come.

My husband had a knee replacement last June. But it took him 3 months being on a waiting list to have the actual surgery. UGH! It was terrible because he could barely walk. It was worth the wait - he loves his new knee. I hear you loud and clear about your frustration - it's a waiting game - and not a fun one at that. Maybe you could ask to get on the cancellation list (just incase someone cancels their surgery). Just a thought.

I also had an issue with a credit card that way - they kept charging me fees after I cancelled it, and confirmd that it was all paid up. Thus, you can;t really cancel the card, even though it's cut up. So finally I said it was lost, got a person, who sent me back to the prompt. So I hung up, and called about a lost card again. The third time, they actually put me in touch with a person. They said it's not part of the prompt, but if do something like push 6,7,333, you'll get a person. Ya, I would have figured that out....
