Last full day of my camping trip and it has been busy. I drove Poppy in a carriage parade here at the Ky Horse Park, watched friends who were competing and went to town for gas for the trip home and PPI. I took one and will take another tonight. I also took some gas-x just in case it was playing a part. Don't really know if I am better or not, but not worse for sure.
Meals
decaf protein coffee
egg, turkey bacon
fuzzy navel
low carb wrap, roast beef, turkey bacon, cheese
fuzzy navel
fish chowder (added salmon, took out the potatoes) I had that instead of going to the wine and cheese
pork steak, sausage, brocalli salad, crust of bread, sliver of pumpkin pie, Our last communal dinner.
I plan on watching some of the competition tomorrow then packing up and heading home. It has been a great trip, even with a sore pouch.

Hi Roz,
We went to the Ga National Fair today with Our kids and their families. The DGD's had a ball. It was hard to get the little one off the rides - she gets really upset!!! She spent the night with us last night and didn't go to bed until 10pm and then got up about 5:30 this morning so needless to say she was worn out and not in a good mood. We had fun though. Came home and took a good nap.
Here's what I've done today:
B: Protein Decaf coffee
S: Decaf Coffee
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L: 1/2 corn dog minus most of the breading. couple of french fries, peanut butter cracker
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D: Salad with steak and FF rasp. vineg dressing
S: ??
Vitamins: Done
Water/Fluids: 120 ozs so far
Miles: Walked all day at the fair
