As far as weight, not a good or bad week...in other ways a very GOOD week.

Last Sunday 136.2
This Sunday 136.2
Stayed the same. I did see 135 on the 6th but popped up again.

221lbs this morning.  Weight loss is slowing down now as it was 3 weeks Fri.  So 20 lbs in 3 weeks I will take :-)

Liz,

Its because we have more muscle mass on us and it takes more calories to fuel muscle so therefore it makes it easier to shed some pounds.

Plus is us guys workout to keep or build more muscle which is harder on a restricted calorie diet it helps us to burn more off verses just walking on a treadmill.

So even women using weights will build muscle density which will burn more calories too

I stayed down until this morning!! I'm ok with this as long as I stay in a normal weight range. Probably the fair food and extra water yesterday.

       Last Sunday           155.0
       This Sunday           157.0

After surgery last week...a bit higher...(sigh)  Discouraged...Cant speed walk right now!!

Gypsy, can you walk tho (not speed walk), that might help plus you are just out of surgery again.
