Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!!
 
Happy Friday LW's!!!!   Today was Soup Friday at work and my turn to host it.  I cheated and bought Kings Vegetable Soup.  I skip most of the Friday soup days because they are creamed potato etc. so it was nice to know I could enjoy today's lunch and still be on track.

Protein:  GNC Chocolate with Snytrax (Matrix) Cookie Mint  35g

Lunch:   Bowl of Vegetable Soup and  roll with butter
Protein:  Syntrax Nectar Lemon Tea 23g
Snack:   100 calorie bag of Pretzels

Dinner:   Left over Vegetable Soup unless DH makes other plans

Snack:   Popcorn

Hi Roz!

B- Spinach casserole (spinach with cheese on top)
S- protein drink
L- Lean Cuisine Shrimp Alfredo
S- protein drink
D- Will be having a Lean Cuisine Pizza while the family have a pizza from Dominos.
S- Another Protein shake.

Vites will be good.
Lots of fluids in all day and no soda still.

What a gorgeous day today! I got out a little but not near as much as I wanted. The client won't be back next week and I'm hoping this weather lasts. You asked about my DIL. She's due for a C-section Nov 1st if she hasn't gone into labor by then. C-section regardless but scheduled for the 1st.

I know it's Sat now but hey, I'm on vacation.

Still have a sore tummy but am headed to Walmart to get PPI to see if that will help.
