Moved - back up on internet

I've been without a computer for a week now and it was driving me crazy. My two daughter's and their husbands helped with our move.  What a blessing - I have so much stuff.  I finally feel reconnected with the world.  We have tv, telephone and the internet now.  I really do love technology

I'm 17 days post op and feeling so much better now.  I haven't lost any weight this week and have now experienced what everyone has warned me about weighing everyday - what a downer.  I've only been getting in 65gr of protein a day and today I am bound and determined to try and get in another protein shake to up my protein.  UGH, it's so difficult to drink so much.  I've been getting up really early and staying up late to try to get in as much as I can.  But today I'm going to succeed!  Wish me luck.

You're doing great...and you can count the liquid in your protein shakes towards your daily fluid intake.

Good to have you back.

WOW...I can't imagine moving right after surgery!  I've always been an every day weigher but I have never gotten upset over the ups/downs and zero losses but if it upsets you it's best to stay away from the scales.

Our bodies take rests everyone once in awhile to catch up so try not to get down on yourself.

I couldn't have moved so soon after surgery, what a woman.  I did move 3 times when I was pregnant with my son and that was enough moving for me.

You are just hitting a little speed bump, you will be losing again soon.  Just keep after that fluid and protein and you won't have a problem.
