WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!!
 
Hello to my LW's!!!!   The sun is shining so bright I had to close my blinds at work.  This weekend is going to be in the high 70's....yippee!  I'm digging the capris back out just for the weekend.  DD has finally stopped bleeding and is back at work. It's been a great week!!

I'm worried you aren't getting in enough protein to make up for the carbs.  Do you eat a bun with your cheeseburger?

Yes, I track in my fitness pal -- I don't always post totals here! Nope, no buns/bread for me. Only wheat thins or cracker sandwiches. I try to stay under 40 carbs per day.

S;  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  Ham sandwich w/ reduced fat pepperjack cheese, lite mayo on very thin wheat bread
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Chips & Salsa, Nacho Cheese Burrito-insides only.  I ate way too many chips!!
S:  Decaf Coffee

Vitamins:  Done
Water/Fluids:  105 ozs
Miles:  None today
