LOL I grew almost an inch

Well it really surprised me cause I thought it was gone forever esp since I have a curve in my upper spine since childhood.

I noticed that I was looking up more and more to everyone and feeling so short when I use to be 5ft 10inch so now that im only 1/2 inch shy of being there im feeling tall again LOL

Any Yes every 1/2 inch, pound and anything else COUNTS LOL

I grew 3/4" of an inch - I'll take every fraction too!

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Thanks to disc disease and osteopenia, I have shrunk 2 inches - thankfully I was tall to begin with.  In college I was 5'7" and now I am 5'5" - hope I don't get too much shorter = makes my BMI higher
