LOL I grew almost an inch
Well I didn't expect this but it makes sense. Since I have dropped from 256 in July to 222.5 today I don't know why but I measured my height.
I had been 5ft 8 1/2 inches and this morning I am almost 5ft 9 1/2 inches :-) I guess my mid section is not pulling on my spine so much anymore and allowing me to stand more upright :-)
I use to be 5 ft 10 inch so maybe its still on the horizon, cause 1/2 counts LOL

When I first started with this group, there was a young lady who had growe an inch. I was so excited to think I may get back to 5'. But it didn't happen, in fact, I either shrunk or I was already shorter and hadn't admitted it.
Hope you maske it to 5'10"
