Menus and Miles Wed. Oct. 5th
Hey Y'all,
B: vanilla protein lattee
S: 1/2 egg, ham, and cheese...1/4th of a hershey's dark chocolate bar (I never thoughtI would be able to eat 1/4 of a candy bar and save the rest for later), 1 piece of beef jerky, 10 almons
L: 3 oz chicken, 1.5 spears of asparagus, and 2 stuffed mushrooms
S: 8 oz of cottage cheese, 1 piece of beef jerky and 1/4 of hershey bar
D: 2 oz chicken, 1 stuffed mushroom
S: protein shake (my iso pure came in)
Water: 56 and still drinking
Vites: I missed the lunch dose...I'll take them before I go to bed
Exersize: HAHA...no
My DD is pregnant and she is obsessed with asparagus.
Good Menu minus the hershey bar....LOL (I'm just jealous)
