Need some lizards - back surgery tomorrow!

Hey ladies and gents... I am going in for back surgery tomorrow morning. A laminectomy at L5 S1. Again. Herniated disc on one side and bone spurs on the other. I am looking forward to the lack of pain in my legs.. that will make all of this worth while.

Anyway, just wanted to have someone swinging some lizards or small children.

I'm also frustrated because I haven't lost anything in like two or three weeks. How frustrating! I've been eating better than ever lately. Little to no carbs, lots of protein and fluids. What the heck?! I know these stalls/plateaus happen. Doesn't make it any less frustrating.

i'll be swinging while i'm trucking down the road. Here's to a great surgery and easy recovery and no pain afterwards.

Don't worry about the stall. Happens and it will break, maybe with surgery since that will through your system off balance.
