I've said it before but I wish I had lost so steadily when I wanted to lose. It could be worse. Yesterday I was under 100lbs, first time in my life I can remember being that low.
I have an appointment with the surgeon tomorrow. I am nervous about being scolded for some reason. My eating hasn't been the greatest as far as quantity or frequency. After having several dumping episodes when I tried to increase my fats and carbs I just went back to what was comfortable and safe and I knew wouldn't make me dump. I did add some fats and carbs but at smaller amounts that I knew I could handle. Eating 6 times a day wasn't working for me. I wasn't hungry and I hated having to think about eating all the time, is it time to eat, is this the right thing to eat? I eat 4 or 5 times a day but 6 is too many.
I don't know what they will suggest. The eating advice they sent me was useless for me. I guess there is Creon or TPN. I will see what they say.

I have increased my calories and good carbs a bit, and last week started a cycle of heavy lifting, and only exercised 4 days, instead of the usual 5-6 days.
I'm still trying to find a good range that works for my workouts and keeps me from gaining. I seem to be staying between 108-110 lbs, so I think I'm okay.
I had my body fat tested hydrostatically a couple of weeks ago, and it was 10.6%, so I think I am doing the right things. Most of my weight is lean muscle mass, so I can't argue with that. I also think my body fat percentage is low, because I don't have any boobage.

this week 116, different scales
I'm happy with that. I was 115 again for a few days before I moved to the horse show. I ate more carbs while I was gone but stayed healthy and got my protein in. The next leg of these trips should be easier since i will be doing my own cooking most of the time. althought they have coffee and donuts each morning and wine and cheese each evening. there were donuts out this weekend and I wasn't even tempted although I did eat 1/4 of one of those bakery muffins.

Weighed in after the *****warning TMI******* largest bowl movement I have ever had and was at 123.
So that is a gain of 1 pound but I am also ovulating and starting to add tha****er in there.
So 122 last week

I have been alot of carbs lately and snacking at night something terrible. I am going to get a handle on it and STOP right this minute.
