OK so I am bouncing around and I don't like it.
I am at 144 this sunday....last sunday I was 142...
before that 140...
I am eating some carbs..but honnestly not enough to
gain weight back so what the heck is up.
It's not denial...I don't think
I also work out much harder...am I building muscle..?
Clothes fit fine....
I am going to do a protein only three days and see if
my bod loses the weight...
Is this normal after 1 1/2 years?
Give me feedback...tell me whatever you want...
you don't have to be gracious..
if i'm screwing up tell me I won't be insulted..
I am frustrated by the numbers.
Should I just settle where I am.?
 HELP?

I have found that when I exercise more, my body requires more calories and carbs, in order to have more endurance during the workouts. This is especially true for the weeks, when I go to Spinning. Sometimes, I do go up a pound or two, which I think, is due to the muscles holding onto water, filling up the glycogen stores, and building lean muscle mass.

The only way to know, if your eating is consistent, is to have your body fat tested, preferably hydrostatic weighing or Bod Pod. Calipers and bioimpedance readings are very inaccurate. Hydostatic weighing is good, because the excess skin doesn't impede the readings.

I kept fussing about a couple of pounds and wondered, if I should go down further. I had my body fat tested a few weeks ago and my body fat was down to 10.6%. Now, I am only 4'11" so my body fat will naturally be lower, but still, I was amazed that I have managed to lose so much body fat and develop my lean muscle mass. I also have NO boobage, so I'm sure that lowers the percentage by a few points. LOL!

If you are eating correctly and exercising, including strength training, the fluctuation may be the increase in lean muscle mass. Are you losing inches? If you are, then the weight gain is fluid or muscle, and not fat.

Last week     162.4
Today             162.4

Hmm.......glad there was no gain but September has been a frustrating month.....I was avg 10 pounds every 2 months so was hopeful I would be out of the 160's at end of Sept.   Not to be.....frustrating as I have added extra walking in as well.

Such is life....

Drum roll please--------

129.5 last week
126 this week

- 3.5 pounds

I made a decison to stop the night time snacking and really do protein first and if any room something veggies and fruit.  My snacks have been greek yogurt with something added to it.  So it is still possible to lose 2+ years out.  I did a lot less exercise this week - just because my schedule didn't allow for it.

Hopefully I will stay down here.
