Banner week in TN for me...trouble is the minor bounceback!

Last week, 137.2
This week, 136.2

Lose of 1 lb.

I DID have a reading this week of 135.6 (in my goal range) but that one only lasted one day.

down to 126.2 this week...kind of surprised im still loosing at this point..I have upped my calories to about 1000 to 1200 on somedays..not because im trying to necessarily just because im hungry now..not to the point where im worried about not stopping but I am wondering how many calories I would need to stop...

Your body will tell you when it's ready to stop and then when the honeymoon period is over you will put on a few pounds because your body will start absorbing more.  Don't fall into any bad habits like increasing your calories through carbs.  If you feel you need to eat more than eat good proteins.

I maintain at between 1200-1400 calories.

Aspan, don't start worrying til you get in the low normal BMI range for your height.

Your body should stop on it's own.

I couldn't wait to get on the scales this morning!!!

This week:   115......  2 days in a row!

I know a lot of it is because the weather dropped to the 40's and all of my summer swelling is gone but I also think it's because I've been posting on here every Sunday and I've been really watching those extra bites that I don't need to be taking.
