Good Morning Friends

Next week I am having knee surgery...its long overdue...a painful reminder of being over weight on my poor knees....Please swing some critters for me...Thanks to all for your great advice, support and friendship through my weight loss journey...it is sooo appreciated!!!! Have a wonderful weekend Everyone!!!!!
