Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!!
 
YEAH FOR FRIDAYS AND CASUAL DAYS!!!  My Menu yesterday was better than what was planned.  I got to busy for the pretzels and didn't have the mashed potatoes.  I love days like that!!

Baby carrots...rather than pretzels...just sayin'. Pretzels got nothing of nutritional value in them if you're also getting popcorn.

Hi Roz,
I'm ready for the weekend.  Audit is over and we passed with flying colors!!  The last 4 days I've stayed on track and cut out the bad snacks at night - I feel so much better.  Have not exercised this week like I normally do.

Here's the plan for today:
B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  Mild Chicken Wings, Ranch dressing
S:  LemonTea Protein Drink
D:  Corn Beef, Reduced Fat Pepperjack Cheese Sandwich on Very Thin Wheat Bread

Vitamins:  Done
Fluids/Water:  105 ozs.
Miles:  None today

Hi Roz!!  Getting ready to hit the road again for the next 2 weeks for work.  I have 2 vitamin weekly pods now that are all packed up and ready to go!  Protein ready to go too, along with a shaker cup and a spoon.

My pouch is feeling like I haven't been taking my PPI, which I have been. Kinda hard to tell if I'm really hungry or its just being irritating...

Going to a high school football game tonight that Tom's daughter is a cheerleader at.  Its raining, and 41 degrees with winds blowing about 25mph with higher gusts - YUK!!  Trying to remember where I put my winter clothes! (boots, hats, scarves, mittens).

B - 2 protein coffees
L - some greek yogurt w/sugar free preserves

S - 1/2 peanut butter sandwich on wheat bread
D - IDK - probably going out

It may be Saturday but here is my Friday vittles. Went to the drive in movies with the girls last night. Smelling the popcorn was VERY hard. I will see you soon popcorn!
