Over the past 6 weeks, I've learned how important it is to plan - what to eat, when to eat, and all those vitamins and minerals.

...well I got notice that I had to go overseas, and in order to catch my plane, I only had 15 minutes to pack .  So I threw in some clothes, my vitamins and prescriptions, a couple of packs of crystal light, and a big jar of Unjury.   - It could be a long week, with all my food intolerances - I guess I'll be on protein shakes for a while!

When I do trips, I do alot of Protein drinks because  it's less work and less commotion.  See you when you get back...be safe!

Have a good trip.  Glad you got some protein to take with you.  I try to eat protein and salads when I'm out of town or split something with DH.

I'm sure you'll be fine. Once you are on regular food, high-protein options are everywhere even overseas.
