Menus and Miles Wed. Sept. 28th

Our state day care providers get 15 paid but they usually use holidays and some of them take 1 week in the summer.  My DD has a day care and her parents give her a hard time if she even needs a day off.  She is going through the process to get licensed and then she will be able to take some days off.

It's probably a good time to take days off. Sometimes it's too hot or busy in the summer to actually enjoy it.

Good Menu!

it's been a difficult day here.  My 15 yr old dog is passing what is probably a tumor that has ruptured.  Vet, of course is closed on Wed afternoon but the equine vet was here and said it could wait until morning so that at least saved me hundreds because I didn't have to take her to the emergency hospital.  My old horse, in his early 30's had a very hard time standing for the farrier to trim his feet.  That was a good sign that we need to put him down before winter.  He is actually my sisters and I had to call her with the news.  The only good thing was that my baby donkey, who has been away for a year babysitting, came home.  She looks great and it is good to have her back home.  Animals, they enrich our lives so much but also bring on such heartache.

Price, I am sorry about your animals that are not doing so well.  You sound like a great Mommy to them, and give them a wonderful life!

AWE..I'm sorry about your horse. I can't imagine making the decision to put an animal done.  I guess you have to love them enough to do that.

Baby donkey...babysitting?  I don't understand that one....LOL
