Menus and Miles Tues. Sept. 27th
I saw both the surgeon and my PCP today. The surgeon is ready for surgery scheduling as soon as the PCP send him clearance which she did while I was there so hopefully I will hear in the next few days and get scheduled. The PCP is sending me for a consult for 2 things to another surgeon. I have 2 lumps on my head that we think are just cyst but they have been growing slowly and she wants a better diagonsis. I also, since WLS have had a little hernia near my navel. There wasn't an incision there but it happened after the surgery. Most of the time, it is just there, not bother but a week or so ago for about a week, it was really sore. So I will get those at least diagnosed if not treated. She also took me off my last BP medication. Now, officially, all of my presurgery meds are gone. Amazing. She was very pleased with my loss but also said "some people gain it all back" which kind of POed me. I am determined not to gain it back!!!!

Not doing so hot on my protein today. Since week 1 I've been able to meet my surgeons requirements everyday. A bad headache last night left me not quite myself today. I still have a few hours though.
