WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!!
DD's sonar didn't go so well. The blood sack has gotten smaller which is good news and she is on minimum bed rest and no lifting. The troubling news was that there is a bright spot (calcium deposit) in the babies heart. My DD refused to have testing done for downs syndrome because she would never abort but she is a wreck. I've been reading about it on the internet and the chances of the baby having DS is about 1 in 1000. She didn't have her regular DR. and the one that gave her the news was very young and lacked in compassion. She going to call the office today and see if her Regular Dr. will have time to talk to her.
