one pair of pants to see where I have been. Amazing.
gloves, hats, still hanging on to last winter's coat and some jackets that were purchased during the journey.
still deciding about the capris that are now too big, keep to see about redistibution next year or no?
I'm still hanging on to my "bubba suit" insulated overalls that I wear to the barn in the winter. I guess it is time to start shopping for that too.

Keeping winter coats.
Had to give away mostly of my sweaters.
Throwing away all diet related books except Adkins and South Beach.
Keeping (so far) a few too big t-shirts with logos that hold special memories for me.
This is the first time in my dieting career that I've felt confident to get rid of my too big clothes.
Everything above a Size 6 (6's are to big, but I kept them)
Every WW book or pamphlet that I receive...How do I get off of their mailing list?
Got rid of a lot of shoes (some fit but I enjoy a different style now)
Keep List:
The outifit that I wore to the hospital the day of surgery (pictures on profile page)
A couple of big nightgowns...I still like to wear them in the winter...LOL
All my WLS papers
Labs and Measurments
WW scale (don't use as much)

I did get rid of most of my WW logs and books from over the years. I did keep the last set.
I am keeping my WLS notebook that I put together and my WLS for Dummies. I have several books about the emotional journey of weight loss that I am also keeping. I keep all my labs in a folder.
I still have 2 CPAP machines, I don't know what to do with them. Any suggestions? I can't just throw them away.

I tossed out pretty much everything else. I kept some tops that are extra large because I am still big on top but they are too baggy on me. My daughter will wear those, too.
Kept all my shoes. Didn't change sizes at all.
My fuzzy robe my son and DIL got me for Christmas a few years ago. I am wearing it now. I love it.
Finally had to get rid of my underwear cuz they were falling off.
The bras all had to go.
Socks could stay.
I kept a few nighties to wear around the house.
Haven't belonged to WW since I was 13 so nothing there.
Got rid of the bread maker.
That's all I can think of right now.
I did clean out my pantry and freezer and gave my neighbor tons of food since my daughter wouldn't eat it and I didn't eat it.

The shoes are driving me nuts. I have narrow heals and can't keep anything on and I want to wear normal slip on shoes. Still stuck in mules.

I have a laundry basket in my room for donation clothes. I suppose I could take one day and just go through my closet, but I currently put things in the basket as I try them on and they don't fit. The latest to go are my fall clothes from last year and my swimsuits.
I'm not sure why I kept the swimsuits around all summer, but when I finally put them on I realized that they were true to size and my butt is smaller.
I got out panties to wear to work yesterday and actually said out loud, "these won't fit me. They are too small." They fit perfectly. I thought I was past the size misjudgment, apparently not. DH made me go through my underwear drawer and made me throw out all my "granny" panties and bras. I am enjoying the new ones.
I am also pitching smaller size clothes that I kept as I was gaining weight. Turns out many of these 10 year old items are dated and no longer flattering. Did I really think pleated pants looked good?
Kay
I had clothes in the OMG size which I threw out before surgery!
Then came the I CAN'T BELIEVE I'M THIS FAT size, which have been thrown out.
I now fit into the BIG clothes I had.
I can't wait to get into the middle size!
I will keep my bread machine, and artisan bread recipes, and stone bell to cook them in.
I have done so well with getting rid of clothes.....I still have all my sweaters to go through but I have given a ton away or consigned some. I thought this would be terribly difficult for me as I had sizes from 20-14 in my closet and have NEVER given clothes away before as I struggled between these sizes for 20+ years. I have kept one outfit to try on when I am at my hopeful permenant weight (hard to even write those words). I am now wondering do I keep my current clothes (mostly goodwill but decent) for bounce back weight....I just have NO clue where I am going to end up but am thinking I should go down another size or two.....I have such doubts still that I just don't know (currently a size 12).
Things I NEED to throw away and have not:
My favorite nightshirts, my favorite pjs and yoga capris (that will fall down soon when I walk the dog).......I FINALLY went through my underwear but more need to go. Bras.....soooooo need to get rid of many.....also finally bought some as the old ones just werent working.
My feet have shrunk and I need to get rid of shoes.....have walked out of sandals at work twice in the past two days.....NOT good. Was a size 8 1/2....now between a 7.5 or 8. surprised the hell out of me.
also started getting rid of my little containers I used when I was on 2 oz of broth!!
Keep: south beach books, geneeth roth books.....shoes that still fit (lol)......all my water bottles and my tennis shoes (still fit which is interesting!).
