Roz I hope your DD is doing well.
Feeling much better today. Went to my Weigh****cher meeting today and was down 2.5#. I am glad I joined, as I really like the support in the meetings & working on my "head". I'm incorporating my doctor's/NUT instructions and counting points on it. Not too far off from their program.
Anyway - here it is:
B: Protein smoothie
L: grilled chicken salad with blue cheese dressing
D: taco soup (leftovers again I made a lot!!!) and 1/2 piece of cornbread
S: milk
S: isopure tea
S: I may have smart carb bar, or popcorn/atkins bar - not sure yet.
Totals so far: calories:897 protein: 114; carbs: 65 net
