Rode Poppy this morning then I had an all afternoon meeting and then some shopping so it seems like my whole day was gone.
Tomorrow I have my next meeting with the orth surgeon and hopefully get a date scheduled for my knee replacement. Then I see my PCP in the afternoon and hopefully will go off my last BP med. Hurray. I think she is going to be very pleased with my progress.

Doing better. I am actually up .4lbs from last week. Hoping I am done losing finally.
