Despite my hard work during the week at least (I do not track foods on the weekends), my scale was up by 3 more lbs this morning....UGH! Going to try a little more exercise this week.

L: leftover pot roast w/ veggies, small apple
S: Quest vanilla almond crunch bar
D: grilled marinated pork chop, green beans
S: peanut butter cup protein shake (1 scoop shakeology chocolate protein, 2 tbs chocolate PB2)
Cals: 1225 Carbs: 116 (all from veggies and fruit) Protein: 125

I don't have trouble with sweets at work...there are cupcakes on the lunch table right now...UGH...but I have trouble with carbs. There are always graham crackers, pretzels, and some kind of chip or cracker on the counter.
