Good Morning. Carbs and More Dang Carbs
I know there are some good carbs. These are carbs that aren't sugar, usually green (maybe red or orange) and have nice healthy fiber in them. This week, what are you going to do to avoid carbs?

No sugar free candy for me (it's become a problem),
No picking at the pasta that I made for the family (not me).
No warm bread that I made for the family to go with the pasta.
Yikes. I can do this.
I will enjoy the cheese.

I usually do pretty good avoiding bad carbs... but do indulge once in awhile. Got home last night and what do I see all over the counters? Junk... tortilla chips (my nemesis), hard candy, cashews/m&m's/raisin mixtures... but my head is in a good place and know I can't indulge in any of it.
I did buy some nuts for my trip back (in the car) last night and they didn't do anything for me (probably because they weren't salty). I can leave them alone.
I love pistachios and know I gained when I was eating cashews and pistachios a lot. Had to totally cut them out of my food journal...
This week:
