Wait to drink water after vitamin?
Being 5 days out post op RNY today. I decided to take my chewable Centrum multivitamin. Should I wait 15 minutes or so before I drink my 1 oz of water? Or will I still absorb the vitamins if I were to drink the water immediately after chewing? Thanks for your advice.

Vitamins are absorbed in the small intestine, so it's fine to drink water with them.
