could have sworn I posted on this thread last sunday,but can't find it now. Last week,i think I was at 153 this week 151 so loss of 2 #.

I am visiting DGSs,the house of terrible chilld hood treats,lol. Hard to be strong here,but taking it one day at a time. they had apple muffins for dinner and I didn't have any. Got smart,this time,lol,and made myself a cinnamon flax muffin so I didn't have to want theirs. Tremendously helpful.

I use an iPhone app to keep track of mine and dh uses an excel spreadsheet...whatever works, works.

Stayed the same - I bounce between 132 and 133. Weighed this morning and was 133, I don't think that's awful since I was on travel for the past 2 weeks. I'm buckling down this week to see if I can get 1-2 off before I head back out on the road for the next 2 weeks.

90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
