I do snack on nuts when I remember.  I need to keep some bags of them handy so I will remember more often.

Sorry you are having problems!  I seem to dump more now too and I think it's because we weigh so much less.  My pouch is very sensitive to foods with fat, sugar, and sugar alcohols.  My pouch seems to like only 1 food at time too.

It sure is a deterrent for me.  I'm getting to where I don't want to eat anything that I haven't eaten before and know I tolerate well.

Back up to the same weight that I was 2 weeks ago.   118....ugh!!!  I bounce between 116-118 on any given day.

I think I was 128.5 last time I posted.
This week 129.5

I bounce between 128 and 130.5.

It seems like the more I exercise the more I weigh!!

LOL, I did that in formal exercise...now work around the house or extra stuff like painting/moving tends to help me lose.

I haven't been keeping track of my weekly numbers for a while now but I do know my weight keeps creeping down little by little. I have reached my goal, reset my goal, reached that goal, and reset my goal again. I am 1 pound from that goal now. I am not really trying to lose any more weight but I guess what happens will happen. I don't know if I will set a new goal again.
