Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!!
 
It's noon and I haven't even thought about lunch yet.  I do so much better on the weekends than I do at work.  I think I need to start packing my lunch each day instead of leaving food at work available.

B - coffee (bad me, no protein)
L - 5 Glory Days chicken wings (yum) and some sweet potato fries
D - idk - it was a late lunch, so probably just a snack

vits:  ran out... go home tomorrow so I'll replenish.  I went to GNC and bought another 7 day pill organizer - they're red and white pods with am/pm holders and they come out so they are individual.  When I travel in Oct for 2 weeks I'll have enough vits with me.

Oh - when I was at GNC today I saw some protein pudding.  30 g of protein, 190 calories and the protein was a Milk isolate and Soy isolate.  Thought it might be good for additional supplementation, in addition to my shakes.  What do you think?

Like the protein pudding idea. If you come back and need vitamins again, please let me know. I order 90 days worth when I order and usually have plenty to share.

busy day here.  I drove to SC to drive the pony I will be borrowing for the show this next weekend.  She is a great pony and I am lucky to have a friend willing to share her with me since Chili can't play and Poppy isn't in shape to compete.  then home to drive Poppy because i will take her on the camping trip and she has to be fit for that.  No time to get me fit in trying to keep these ponies fit, LOL.

I am short one snack (got busy) so I will try to get a double protein shake in there before bed.
