Hi Gina,

Here's is my plan for today:

B: Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf coffee
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  Cube Steak, turnip roots, brussel sprouts
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Turkey Pepperoni Pizza(on High fiber low carb tortilla)
S:  Frozen Protein Drink

Vitamins:  Done
Water/Fluids:  88 ozs so far
Miles:  Zumba

LOL - I was debating between turnips and rutabaga.  I did not like either before my surgery, but I eat so many things now I never ate before.  The turnip roots were pretty good.  I'm looking for a substitue for potatoes instead of cauliflower!!

Hi,

Here's my menu - had my first "foamies" today - ugh! So, I'm not counting that. It was roast beef with noodles. I am sure I ate too fast, and it just sat there for a while. Note to self to slow down. I don't know why that is so hard for me to do.

B: Egg & low carb toast with butter
L: taco soup and one small piece cornbread
D: lost it
S: isopure green tea
S: milk

Totals: Calories: 586; Protein - 67; Net carbs: 32

Oh, dear. I guess we all have to live and learn. Your numbers aren't too bad today though.

B protein oatmeal, banana with cashew butter
L ricotta bake (filled me up so I didn't have anything else)
S Nut Thins that were supposed to go with lunch and cashew butter
D more of my quinoa, chicken, cheese and brocolli casserole, chocolate avocado pudding with protein powder
S protein pudding made with 1/2 and 1/2.

Rode bike for about 20 minutes
vitamins are on schedule.
