Coming up for air!!!/8 month update
And the cable company told us while our address is servicable, the house itself has never had cable. So we are on the list for major construction...we don't pay for it in anything but time. They mentioned FORTY-FIVE days!!!
Okay, today I am 8 months out...I'm down 4 lbs THIS month. I weighed 136.2 this morning...Signed into the surgeon's office at 208, that is a loss of 71.8 lbs since surgery and a total of pre-op and post op weight loss of 108.8. I've also lost 1.5 inches this month and 50.56 inches since surgery.

It hasn't been hard at all...and best of all, I now eat as I normally did pre-op (avoided carbs then too) except in MUCH smaller portions.
