L: salad with corn, red onion & kidney bean salad on top
S: honey crisp apple and cheddar cheese
D: rotisserie turkey breast on top of a salad
S: Peanut Butter Cup Protein shake (chocolate protein with a scoop of chocolate PB2)

Cals: 1262 Carbs: 65 Protein: 109

Tomorrow my hubby's Aunt is here from CA, so we are taking her to lunch in the North End of Boston (famous for their authentic Italian restaurants), and walking around Fanuel Hall, and all the little shops.  Can't wait!!

Thanks, and no she hasn't.... she's one of those bazaar Aunts!  She has no interest in coming out to where we live (about an hour from Boston), she is staying in Boston and is making all her friends and relatives come into town to visit with her.  We don't get into town often so...Whatever man!!

I started out that way too.  I was starving when I woke up this morning for some weird reason.  After I had my Protein drink I tried to make the best choice I could for what I had at work.

The blasted site won't let me edit again!

At least you are sticking with Protein!  Isn't it funny how some days we our pouch is so tight and then other days we can't seem to satisfy it.

Actually a pretty good menu protein wise!

im so thankful its friday. and this rain will force me to take it easy as well. ive been low carbing for about a week now and i feel alot better already.
