I also have all the above but also have added a stash of protein bars, mio, crystal light, beef jerky and the peanut butter to go packs.

I try to keep some RTD protein around and always have some when I am traveling.
I keep my personal items in a pack that is ready to go all the time, toothbrush, etc.

I travel extensively on business, and this is what I take

Here's my list

Cash is a good idea
Water in Bottles or empty bottles depending on location
Protein powder in individual packets
Prescription Meds
Vitamins
Unopened package of cheese (depending on location) - doesn't need refrigeration for a couple of days.

I had to do this in June when I tried to see my mother before she passed away.  Only had a few hours to get to the airport.
protein packets
protein bars
instant decaf
Crystal Light packets
my organizer with all my vits and meds in it
clothes
toiletries
I even brought a few cans of chili in case there was nothing I could eat.  After we got there my daughter pointed out I forgot a can opener.
