Menus and Miles Thursday Sept. 22nd
B protein oatmeal, banana with cashew butter
S deviled egg
L chicken, black beans, some brown rice, chips and guacamole (had lunch at a Mexican restaurant)
S protein drink
D beef stroganoff thing I made with ground beef, Greek yogurt and cream soup with added protein powder over cauliflower rice
S protein pudding
I feel like I have been eating all day. I'm not used to eating 6 times a day, I hope I can get used to it.

Sometimes I feel like that too, but there are days that I overdo it so it's a good thing to post your foods on one of the sites to keep track you don't overeat.
