Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!!

Going to be beautiful here again today.  Yesterday's meat/cheese lunch turned into 1.5 pieces of a Supreme personal pan pizza.  It was delicious but then I had to be super careful the rest of the day.

DD hasn't bled for 2 days so if she doesn't bleed  today I promised to take her to work for a little while this evening.  She can finally feel the baby moving so the fear of him being dead has past.  She has been reading a book a day and has been watching her cheer practices live on her IPad in the evenings but Coaching from the couch just isn't cutting it for her.  Bedrest for a day...sounds great to me but I guess 2 weeks of it would be the pits.

I hope all goes well for your DD, I am sure it will!

I took a muscle pump class last night and was sooo hungry when I got home I ate my dinner and then about a 1/2 later I ate about 1/2 a bag of Sunchips...not smart!  Makes me so mad at myself!  Moving on...

I ended up taking her to the gym to see her girls and I had to keep reminding her not to raise her voice and to sit still.  She hasn't bled yet today (Fri.).  so hopefully the sonar will be good on Monday.

I was so hungry when I got home that I ate a bowl of Oatmeal...but Sunchips would have been really good too.   It's OK to slip up every once in awhile.

Good Menu

Rebecca, I know you are coming off a virus, but, well,do you think you are eating enough? With what you have posted, assuming your protein coffee has 100 calories in it,your total for the day is only 290 cals and 80 gms of protein.
That is way below the certified starvation level of 500 cals a day. I don't want to see anything bad happen to you....

Yes. I put it all together in a blender, sometimes I have to add a few tablespoons of some fluid, milk, coffee, water to get it to blend. Cherries are special, high calorie.
