I think I would rather try the smaller meals all day and make it healthy things to add more calories and maybe increase protein drinks. I would be afraid to put a lot of unhealthy things back in my diet.

I am shocked by your e-mail. What is that office thinking? I have a sleeve and dump, and it's no fun.
I'm so sorry you are going through this.
I am sure you have had ton's of good advice.
The only suggestions I have, maybe old news to you but here goes:
Cheese, cheese, cheese,
nuts,
avacados
virgin olive oils.
butters ( only if you don't dump on them)
fois grois (pate's)
do you have a french market?
high fat, organic yogurts.
Hoping that scale moves upward for you!

We'll see how that goes.
What is a French Market? A place where they sell things from France? I don't think I have heard of any around here.
Thanks for your help.

One of my high calories faves is a tablespoon of nut butter with 16 Ghiradelli dark chocolate chips smooshed in. If I do it twice a day, it adds 340 calories and the sugar content maxes out for both tablespoons at under 20 grams. I wonder if that is too much for you?
Also, what surgery did you have?
Best wishes to Ladytaz.
I plan on her doing all my follow up labs and whatever I may need.
