Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!!
 

Over the hump day plus casual day at work....YEAH!!!   Suppose to be in the 70's today so I got my capris back out...could the day get any better!

Dinner:   Scrambled Eggs, tuna fish, and noodles (my girls favorite dish)..I'll skip the noodles

LOL...DH and I had to rush out as soon as I got dinner made because DGD #2 was cheering at a game and when I got back the pan was licked clean!   Thankfully I took a up of the eggs and tuna before I added the noodles.  Thats the only way I can keep scrambled eggs down.

Does your Mint Cookie protein make you crave sweets?  I ususally mix it with Chocolate so there is only a little mint taste but I'm out of chocolate so I've been drinking it alone and I swear it is making me crave.

Just got my flu shot this morning...I should be noncontagious all winter.

Had to take DGD#2 to the doctor - she has a sinus infection.  No fever so she went back to daycare and I had to come back to work!!

It is hot here again.  I thought it was almost fall....

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee

L:  Chick-Fil-A Nuggets w/ honey mustard sauce, couple of DGD's waffle fries

AWE...sinus infections are so painful.  Our little ones had it at the end of summer and they were miserable.

We have been having high 70's weather but I guess that is changing tomorrow. We had a bad rain storm last night which brought down a lot of leaves.  I guess we are going to have to go further north to see the fall colors.

Yes, hump day!  Its all down hill from here!

B - coffee and scrambled eggs w/cheese and salsa and some bacon (my pouch didn't want much at all)
L - 1/2 a skinny BMT sandwich on all grain roll
S - the other half
D - going out for Italian.. I'll make good choices

Vits: Not really - ran out (still on travel)

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?
