Does your Mint Cookie protein make you crave sweets? I ususally mix it with Chocolate so there is only a little mint taste but I'm out of chocolate so I've been drinking it alone and I swear it is making me crave.

Had to take DGD#2 to the doctor - she has a sinus infection. No fever so she went back to daycare and I had to come back to work!!

We have been having high 70's weather but I guess that is changing tomorrow. We had a bad rain storm last night which brought down a lot of leaves. I guess we are going to have to go further north to see the fall colors.

Yes, hump day! Its all down hill from here!
B - coffee and scrambled eggs w/cheese and salsa and some bacon (my pouch didn't want much at all)
L - 1/2 a skinny BMT sandwich on all grain roll

D - going out for Italian.. I'll make good choices
