Good Morning. POLL! Protein Questions...

1-2 protein drinks aiming for at least 2 and feel my best when I have 3..but have a really hard time fitting that third one in..just from the syntrax thats 46 grams of protein with two..not including the yogurt and or milk I put in it..

13 months post op

still looosing/maintaing at this point..no bounce back yet, which is my number one fear now that my hunger is back and kicking

One shake a day, 65 grams.  Takes me about 2+ hours to drink it, its breakfast!

still losing, but MUCH slower..below my goal of 135, trying to hit 125 to have some bounce back,  Hunger is returning, carb monster too!  I miss losing 10 lbs a month!  now maybe 1 lb a month...

4 shakes a day - 60-80g/day
I eat turkey almost daily as well

1 shake a day made to 1.5 strength with soy milk. 54 g protein

3 years post-op (in two days!)

Depends on how you count it. I'm up about 7 pounds from my lowest but 5 of it is muscle so I don't count that.

 0-1  Occasionally I will have a protein coffee.  32 g  I cut back because I felt that I was eating enough protein at around 100 g

2 years post-op

10 lbs bounce back from goal weight

I don't find that shakes fill me and I'm always hungry.  IDK, maybe I should try more?
