We had so much fun with the kids and grandbabies at the amusement park yesterday! The weather was a perfect fall day!! I think I did pretty good eating wise..I got in 2 Protein drinks, no cotton candy, caramel apple, or funnel cake!!! I did have a small cookie, 1/2 Chip steak sandwich and 1/2 a hot sausage sandwich, but it could have been sooooo much worse!!!!!

I actually just ate a handful of Honey BQ chips...I yelled at my DSIL for bringing them home! My DD is still on bedrest and I think she will be shocked when she steps on the scale because she is constantly eating junk food.

My eating hasn't been all that great... seems like I'm ALWAYS eating (except for today). I have done pretty well with my protein drinks, except for today. I'm still on the road. They extended me another week out here - and that's a challenge since I only brought enough vitamins for a week. I'm going to need to go get some multi's and take about 4 a day. My B12 and D are good, so I'm not going to worry about them so much. I don't have my prevacid or other med I take with me... while neither will kill me if I don't take them, it may get uncomfortable at times. I can also get some over the counter prevacids too I suppose.. that will be better than nothing. I will be hitting GNC and picking up another set of "pods" I put my vitamins in so I'll have enough for 2 weeks at a time.

Another work day today. A patient's family brought some fresh, glazed donuts (from the best bakery in Indianapolis) for us and I did not have one. I don't really crave sweets like before, but sometimes I just want something other than "protein". lol
