Raise - what is that???  Oh I forgot, had one about 4 years ago - congratulations on the leave and the raise!!

Here's is what I did today.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  1/2 hamburger no bun, couple of curly fries
S:  All kinds of nuts at the Peanut shop!!
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Grilled MahiMahi, arugala salad w/ balsamic vineg.  couple bites of couscous(?) & Asparagus
S:  Decaf Coffee

Vitamins:  Done
Water/Fluids:  105 ozs.
Miles:  Walked most of the day.
