I got good news today! My Manager made a mistake and I still have 3 vacation days, 3.5 sick days, and 3.25 personal hours of time left to use before November. That's almost 7 days!! We thought I was completely out! It would have been nice to know this during the summer!! Also got an .11 raise...big whoop right, but we weren't expecting anything since state budgets are being cut so I'm trying to be thankful.

I had gone down to the cafe too late for breakfast this morning (forgot to pack my breakfast) so they wouldn't cook me eggs, and were transitioning the kitchen for lunch. The only options were bagels and muffins. So I got a 1/2 bagel & cream cheese. Sat like a rock in my tummy, yuck!

that is great news roz! 32 oz water down and working on 64 more. i will do some kind of cardio later this evening. after only two days of healthy eating... protein every few hours, lots of water and some cardio, i am already down 6 pounds!! i think the weight i gained was a lot of sodium/water weight....well hopefully :)

I'm doing well, day 3 back on plan. Last night was a little challenging. I wanted a beverage, actually made myself one. Took a few sips of it and handed it over to DH and said, "here will you drink this?" so here's to improvement.
I'm getting here super late. The FIOS installation man came here at 11AM and just now left. Long day, didn't get many fluids except coffee and 12 oz of Click yet but I've stayed okay otherwise.
