Let's see if I can remember what I had today.  We are having a great time in Savannah and have been walking and walking!!

B:  Protein Decaf coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  Side Salad w/ balsamic vineg dressing, 1/4 inside of turkey southwestern sandwich
D:  Boiled shrimp, crab legs(no butter!!), sausage - it was delicious
S:  Protein Decaf Coffee

Vitamins:  Done
Water/Fluid:  105 ozs
Miles:  Walking, walking and more walking!!
