They were pretty easy trainings.  I have to have 12 hours by November 1st and I've put it off until now....LOL   I think I got 7 so far and working on the other 5 the rest of the week.

Is the same BF you've had for awhile?  How long has it been?

Hey Roz! Gonna try to post every day Carbs are sneaking back in.

B-1 scrambled egg, 1 turkey sausage
L-peanut butter to go (DUMPED)
s- protein coffee
S- fruit and nut bar
D- Not sure yet.

Not getting in all my fluids but will try harder.

Carbs are the enemy!!!!!!!   They try to fool us by pretending to comfort us and really they are trying to destroy us!!!!

Did you eat the whole Peanut butter to go?   I can only eat about a third of one of those.

Good job Holly!   Did you follow it since you posted it so early or did you have to make adjustments?

I had to adjust mine but my stupid computer won't let me.

I tried those flax muffins and they made my mouth so sore.

The only thing I could think of was the flax.  I can't imagine why I would have a bad reaction to any of the other ingrediants.
